All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued by the Hotel.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

•Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
•Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may incur charges up to the full booking value.
5.2 Non-Refundable Rates
Bookings designated as non-refundable are not eligible for cancellation refunds or date changes.
5.3 No-Shows
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without notice may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any payments made.
6. Guest Responsibilities

•Keep noise levels at reasonable levels, especially during designated quiet hours.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund where guest behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe.
7. Occupancy
Only registered guests may occupy guestrooms.
Maximum occupancy limits for each room type must be observed. Additional guests may incur additional charges or may not be permitted.
8. Smoking Policy
Unless specifically designated, all guestrooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.
Smoking in prohibited areas may result in:
